Overview

The Aegis Elite is an elite support-themed ship with abilities that can heal pilots and give shield power to pilots, including yourself. In terms of damage, this is a direct upgrade from Aegis and Aegis Veteran, while in terms of abilities, the most useful ones, HP Repair and Shield repair are nerfed and the Repair Pad is buffed.

A direct upgrade to this ship is Hammerclaw, as it has the same abilities, 2 more laser cannons, 10 more speed, 2,500 more health but 1 less generator slot and 500 less cargo.

Advantages

• Great stats overall.
• Support abilities that can give health or give shield power to others or yourself.

Disadvantages

• Low-Mediocre firepower.
• Performs not that bad in PvP.

Abilities

Passive

• +5% extra damage dealt.
• Extra effects that affect abilities. The results are bolded:
  • +50% duration of Repair Pod;
  • -20% duration of Shield Repair;
    • Effect duration is shorter, therefore it's a nerf!
  • -10% duration of HP Repair.
    • Effect duration is shorter, therefore it's a nerf!

HP Repair

• Select an allied pilot and heal the pilot up to 240k HP and yourself up to 120k HP.
• Duration: 6.3 seconds (from 7 seconds).
• Cooldown: 90 seconds.

Shield Repair

• Select an allied pilot and repair the pilot's shield power up to 100k shield power and your shield power up to 60k shield power.
  • The duration of this ability is reduced by 20%. This means that it will repair less!
• Duration: 4 seconds (from 5 seconds).
• Cooldown: 30 seconds.

Repair Pod

• Drops a repair pod to heal all allied ships in a medium radius up to ~300k HP (from 200k HP).
• Duration: 15 seconds (from 10 seconds).
• Cooldown: 120 seconds.

Tips/Trivia

• Like the regular Aegis, don't even try to use this ship in PvP.
• However, DO use this ship in PvE in a group. The buffs from the Elite version make it actually decent!
