The Attitude XIII is a rare Blacklight alien which can spawn in x-7 or 5-3 maps.
It gives very high rewards and may take hours to spawn once killed. It's cargo box contains 3000 Seprom, therefore, it's recommended to have resources boosters if you intend to hunt for this alien.
This alien has an orange light instead of the standard purple color of blacklight npc found in BL maps. Similar to Observe X.
Blacklight scouts which resemble an Impulse II ship, like Attitude XIII, Urge IV and Capital I gives 550 ranking points which is equivalent to killing 18 Mindfire Behemoths
