Overview

R-IC3 (Long-Range Rocket) is an elite rocket that can freeze targets for 2 seconds. The target will still be able to use most of their abilities, but it won't be able move. EMP-01 will remove the frozen effect, but not the rocket. ISH-01 will remove the rocket as it comes to you, but not when you're already frozen. It is available only during Winterfest.

Abilities that Ignore R-IC3

• Citadel's "Travel Mode" ability
• Lightning's "Afterburn" ability.
• Mimesis' with "Scramble" ability active.

Trivia/Tips/Interractions

• The Mimesis gains 80% evasion with the Scramble ability, meaning the rocket will simply miss.
  • Rockets can miss based on the skill tree unless you have the bounty hunter points.
• You can still use techs and mines while frozen.
